Do you provide quotes?

Yes, we provide quotes for renovation projects and for service/maintenance over $1,000.

Why do quotes from different companies range in price?

Some companies may charge lower prices because they are not fully licensed, bonded or insured. At Maximum Impact Renovations, we do our best to give you a fair representation of the time it will take to do your job right, the first time. You’ll find that our rates are very competitive.

Other companies may also skip important processes such as permitting. Maximum Impact Renovations takes the time to do it right. We apply and secure permits for all work as required by municipal and provincial law.

Do you work evenings and weekends?

Our hours of operation are Monday to Friday, 7:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. However, in special cases, we will extend our hours to meet deadlines.
